Georgina spent more than a decade working alongside Jamie Oliver, cooking and styling food for recipe books, magazine shoots and TV shows all over the world. She now works as a freelance food writer and stylist, has a regular column in Delicious magazine and has written two best-selling recipe books, Stirring Slowly and Taverna.

With strong roots in Cyprus (her parents and grandparents are Cypriot), Georgina is passionate about food provenance and flavour. She loves creating recipes the whole family can enjoy and eat together, including her toddler, Persephone.
