Manon’s love of baking and cooking comes from her parents and grandparents in France. Having grown up on a farm in Brittany, Manon moved to London and spent years baking birthday cakes for friends before entering Channel 4’s Great British Bake Off in 2018. She made it to the hotly-contested quarter-final and has developed a loyal following of fans who love to bake and cook.

Manon regularly creates new recipes for her blog, Manon’s Little Kitchen, and is passionate about perfecting and sharing delicious, accessible recipes that are easy to recreate at home.

I love the fact that maple syrup is a 100% natural sugar. It’s the perfect ingredient for tarts and cakes and I love using it in salad dressings. It’s also vegan – so it makes a great alternative sweetener to honey.”
