A woman of the sugarbush

It is love that inspires the women who work in our maple forests. And they inspire us.

They have maple in their blood. Every spring, in many cases for more than 30 years, often as a couple and even more often with their grandchildren beside them, these women are there from the first sweet drop to the last. Here’s a taste of the life of one such woman, Marielle Saindon-Letendre, co-owner of Des deux boisés in the community of La Présentation.
