Bonnie Weddell’s Blueberry & Almond Baked Oats

Ingredients
- 2 bananas (mashed)
- 200 g jumbo oats
- 3 tbsp pure Canadian maple syrup
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp almond butter
- 2 handfuls of frozen blueberries
- 3 tbsps flaked almonds
- 60 g vanilla protein powder
- 400 ml almond milk
Method
- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- In a large baking dish combine your bananas, oats, maple syrup, baking powder, almond butter, protein powder and milk.
- Give everything a good mix together and stir in your frozen blueberries.
- Finally sprinkle your flaked almonds on top and bake this in the oven for 30 minutes.
