
Maple Iced Coffee

Ingredients
for the iced cofee
- 4 tbsp dark-roasted ground coffee
- 225 ml boiling water
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup (preferably amber syrup for its rich taste)
- ice cubes
- 35 ml cold milk
Method

- Place coffee grounds into a cafetiere and add boiling water.
- Steep for 5 minutes, then plunge.

- Pour the filtered coffee into a heatproof glass.
- Stir in the maple syrup until dissolved.
- Add ice cubes to the glass.
- Stir in cold milk and serve immediately.
A refreshing beverage that will keep you caffeinated is this cool and smooth maple iced coffee, infused with pure maple syrup and dark-roasted ground coffee. A simple and easy beverage that comes together in under five minutes!
Brew the coffee in a cafetière by adding boiling water before plunging and pouring into your desired heatproof glass and adding a couple of tablespoons of maple for a sweet tasting finish and add a handful of ice and cold milk.
