
Maple Matcha with Coconut Cold Foam
Drinks

Ingredients
- 1 matcha shot
- Ice
- Milk of choice
- Pure Canadian maple syrup to taste
For the coconut cold foam:
- ½ cup cold coconut milk
- 1 – 2 tsp pure Canadian maple syrup
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
Method
To make the coconut cold foam:
- Add coconut milk, pure Canadian maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a small glass
- Whisk with a milk frother until a foam starts to appear on the top
To make the maple matcha with coconut cold foam:
- Fill a glass with ice cubes
- Add the matcha shot
- Add your milk of choice until the glass is almost full (fill with more ice if needed)
- Top with coconut cold foam
- For a sweet tooth, add an extra drizzle of pure Canadian maple syrup
- Stir and enjoy!
