
Maple Mocha Iced Latte
Coffee / Summer

Ingredients
- 200ml cold milk
- 1 espresso shot
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup (preferably amber syrup for its rich taste)
- 2-3 pieces dark 70% chocolate
- Ice cubes
Method
- Place chocolate and maple syrup into a glass and pour hot shot of espresso on top.
- Stir together to loosely melt the chocolate, add ice and stir again.
- Add milk to mocha mixture and fill glass.
- Decorate latte with grated chocolate or maple sugar.
Start the morning strong with a decadent iced espresso mocha enriched with pure maple syrup and dark chocolate pieces stirred with ice. Place a few pieces of chocolate and maple in your favourite go-to coffee glass before pouring a freshly brewed shot of hot espresso over the top to melt the chocolate. Add milk and ice and decorate the latte with extra grated chocolate or maple sugar for a sweet finishing touch to this iced treat.
