Maple to Montreal

5 portions


  • 12.5ml pure maple syrup (preferably amber syrup for its rich taste)
  • 25ml lime juice
  • 35ml Nusa Cana rum
  • Prosecco
  • Orange zest


  1. Add maple syrup, lime juice and rum to a shaker with ice
  2. Shake for ten seconds or until the shaker is frosty
  3. Strain the liquid into a champagne flute and top up with prosecco
  4. Garnish with orange zest

A decadent, sparkling cocktail – the ideal substitute for a Mimosa. Perfect for impressing guests at cocktail parties.
