Peaches and Cream Maple Martini
Featuring Pure Maple Syrup

Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 150 ml peach puree
  • 50 ml gin
  • 25 ml peach syrup
  • 25 ml pure maple syrup (preferably golden for its delicate flavour)
  • 20 ml single cream
  • 25 ml peach liqueur

Method

  1. Place two glasses into refrigerator to chill for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Fill cocktail shaker halfway with ice then add all ingredients.
  3. Cover the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until chilled to the touch.
  4. Strain drink into chilled glasses.
  5. Serve immediately.
