
Salted Maple Shaken Espresso with Vanilla Cold Foam

Ingredients
- 2 espresso shot
- milk of choice
- pure Canadian maple syrup to taste
- ice
For the cold foam
- 2 tbsp double cream
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
Method
To make the cold foam:
- Add double cream and vanilla extract to a glass.
- Whisk with a milk frother until a foam starts to appear at the top.
To make the salted maple shaken espresso:
- Add pure Canadian maple syrup to the bottom of a glass (to taste) and a sprinkle of sea salt.
- Brew 2 shots of espresso over the maple syrup.
- Add ice to the glass.
- Add your milk of choice until the glass is almost full.
- Top with vanilla cold foam.
- Stir and enjoy!
