
Sweet Chilli & Lime Maple Glazed Tofu (Air Fryer Friendly)

Ingredients
For the tofu
- 300g Firm tofu
- 1 tbsp Cornflour
- Neutral oil spray
- Pinch of salt
For the glaze
- 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup
- Juice of ½ lime
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
For serving
- Jasmine rice or noodles
- Blanched greens (e.g. broccoli or pak choi)
- Coriander, spring onion, sesame seeds
Method
- Prepare the tofu: pat the tofu dry and cut it into cubes. Toss in cornflour and a pinch of salt. Lightly spray with oil.
- Air fry: Place in the air fryer basket. Cook at 200°C for 15–18 mins, shaking once halfway through, until golden and crispy on the edges.
- Make the glaze: Combine the sriracha sauce, maple syrup, lime juice, and soy sauce in a small pan. Simmer for 2–3 mins until slightly thickened.
- Glaze the tofu: Toss crispy tofu in warm glaze until evenly coated and glossy.
- Serve: Over rice or noodles, topped with greens and your choice of garnish.
