The Big Maple Smoke

  • 15ml pure maple syrup (preferably dark syrup for its robust taste)
  • 40ml Sipsmith Dry Gin
  • 10ml mezcal
  • 2 dashes of orange bitters
  • Maraschino cherry


  1. Add all ingredients to large glass or shaker with ice and stir
  2. Strain into coupe or martini glass
  3. Garnish with maraschino cherry

A sweet but smoky concoction inspired by classic London flavours and elevated with sweet maple, a simple cocktail but it packs a punch!
