Take part in the Fuelled by Nature football challenge

Canada’s national day falls on Saturday, July 1, and this year it’s an extra special occasion as 2017 marks the nation’s 150th anniversary.

To celebrate, Maple Products from Quebec will be taking part in the Canada 150 celebrations in London Trafalgar Square on July 1, starting at 12pm. Expect a lively, family-fun affair attracting crowds of more than 80,000 with live music, food stalls, a Montreal circus and a Fuelled by Nature football challenge.

We will be encouraging Canadians and Canada-lovers alike to put their football skills to the test and score as many goals as possible against the clock. We will also be handing out maple goodies including recipe inspiration –  and the top scorer of the football challenge will win a maple hamper full of delicious maple products.

Whether you are an amateur or a professional, athletes face complex food choices when it comes to diet. Pure Candian maple syrup is the perfect sugar substitute because it is a wholly natural source of energy, packed with key antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.

So this Canada Day make sure you swing by Trafalgar Square to score a few goals and learn how you can be #FuelledByNature.

Happy Canada Day!
