This stuffing has the warm spices and savoury pork flavour of a classic tourtière while keeping the texture of a traditional bread stuffing.
Bringing a taste of Canada to the Christmas table and inspired by the flavours of tourtière, the stuffing brings a distinctly Canadian influence to the Christmas table, with pure maple syrup reinforcing that connection. The maple pairs particularly well with the warm, aromatic seasonings associated with tourtière-style flavours, helping create a rich and comforting festive profile. It just goes to show how easily maple moves beyond desserts, adding depth and balance to savoury Christmas dishes.
