Vegan Iced Coffee – Maple Vanilla Latte Recipe

1 portion


  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup (preferably amber syrup for its rich taste)
  • 1 shot of espresso (double espresso shot to increase coffee intensity)
  • 35ml Soya milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes


  1. Combine maple syrup and espresso shot in a tall glass and stir.
  2. Add milk and vanilla extract.
  3. Add ice cubes and stir.
  4. Top up with more ice if required and serve.
  5. Chef tip: Delicious if using any dairy-free alternative such as Hazelnut or Almond milk.

Rich maple syrup combines with espresso to create a sweet and simple vegan iced coffee.
