Maple Smoothie
2 portions

Ingredients

  • 50ml pure Canadian maple syrup (preferably amber syrup for its rich taste)
  • 50g blueberries
  • 1/2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 250ml almond milk

Method

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses, sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
