- 50ml pure Canadian maple syrup (preferably amber syrup for its rich taste)
- 50g blueberries
- 1/2 tsp chia seeds
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 250ml almond milk
- Add all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses, sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
