David Colcombe is a member of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts and the British Culinary Federation, as well as an honorary fellow and visiting professor of culinary arts at University College Birmingham. David ran a successful 2 AA Rosette restaurant for 10 years, which he expanded to include a café and a bar. The British Culinary Federation awarded the prestigious Louis Cipolla Award to David in May 2015, for “the greatest contribution to the profession.”
