Maple Ambassador

“Maple syrup is my magic ingredient. It makes dishes sing and adds a smoky, warming depth of flavour that you simply can’t get from other sweeteners.”

David Colcombe is a member of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts and the British Culinary Federation, as well as an honorary fellow and visiting professor of culinary arts at University College Birmingham. David ran a successful 2 AA Rosette restaurant for 10 years, which he expanded to include a café and a bar. The British Culinary Federation awarded the prestigious Louis Cipolla Award to David in May 2015, for “the greatest contribution to the profession.”

“Pure maple is like a secret weapon in cooking. It’s a joy to cook with a product that you know is 100% pure and natural, with nothing added and nothing taken away.”
