National BBQ Week has a new, extended date this year due to Covid restrictions, but us Brits can always find an excuse to go barmy for a barby.

This year is no exception. With it being the 25th anniversary of National BBQ Week and Covid restrictions lifting, it’s the perfect time to invite a small group of loved ones over and fire up the grill. Celebrate with us between 5th July – 18th 2021.

We’re keen supporters of inspiring better British BBQs and love to switch things up a little. Here’s a look at some of our favourite barbecue recipes.

Maple ‘meats’ BBQ Week

If you’re looking to keep things more traditional, take a look at these delicious maple glazed chicken wings which are perfectly complimented by a sweet BBQ sauce. Simple, easy and guaranteed to impress your guests.

If that doesn’t get your mouth watering, this bacon wrapped stuffed pork fillet with a maple BBQ sauce glaze is sure to fire them up nicely. Add some maple BBQ beans for the perfect feast – a firm favourite of barbeque enthusiast and grill master The Smokin’ Elk.
